In April of 2020 Western Forge & Flange announced that Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”) had acquired the company’s assets and would be uniting the specialty forge company with Pennsylvania Machine Works (“Penn Machine”) under one platform. Both companies have a long history of industry-leading flanges, forgings, and fittings.
